Using Mila in Your Daily Healthy Living Plan

Unlike fish oil, Mila is tasteless and odorless. The Salvia hispanica L. seed is micro sliced and can be added to any food or drink. You can even bake with it!

Here are some ideas on how to use Mila every day to get your Omega-3s, fiber, anti-oxidants, essential amino acids and lignans:
